Returns

Items can be returned within 7 days of receiving the order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Certain items such as fragile or handmade products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and offer a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error with the order.
